How did you first discover fingerboarding, and how long has it been?
I first discovered fingerboarding when I was in my early teens, tech decks in the classroom, no idea how use it properly but having fun with textbooks stairsets and rails made with pencils and bluetac. I remember wanting to learn how to actually use it and finding this whole world of actual miniature Skateboards. Wooden decks, metal trucks, wheels with bearings and I was amazed. I could never get any of it being so young but it was always something that I enjoyed. Flash forward to now, I turned 30 at the start of the year and I wanted to do some things for myself that I never did as a child. Fingerboarding came up and here we are. I now own a wooden deck, metal trucks and wheels with bearings. I have learned to ollie, kickflip, nollie and nollie flip in the last few months. 13 year old me would be so proud. 🤘
