Whatβs your climbing origin story? How and when did you get into it, and what kept you going?
Hi!! I used to be out of shape right after college since I didnt work out and I drank&ate like I have a party everyday. I tried out climbing burns so much energy in a short time so I chose this sports to enjoy the party life I had. Spinning 7 years ahead, I have a healthier diet and the urge to climb harder kept me going. Climbing changed my diet, my thoughts, my motto and my life.
